All information provided to us by potential candidates will be for the purpose of executive search activity only and will be retained by us in strictest confidence.
It will not be disclosed to any third party without prior permission and only in connection with specific executive search assignments.
It will be erased from our files at first request of the candidate.
As part of the evaluation process, academic and professional credentials will be checked. We will speak with references provided by the potential candidate, to verify reputation and competence. We will not speak with current employers without express permission.

1. Introduction

Our CSR policy is grounded in our core values of sustainability, social equity, and responsible governance. More specifically with respect to our business segment, we are dedicated to assist our clients in finding the ideal candidate for their job openings or the right solutions for their challenges. We persist until our clients' issues are resolved, working closely and transparently with their managers and HR teams.

This policy applies to all employees, departments, and stakeholders of Hightech Partners across our operations in Europe. It guides our activities and interactions with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, employees, and local communities.
3. Principles and Areas of Focus
A. Environmental Responsibility
We are committed to minimizing our environmental footprint and contributing to a sustainable future.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all EU environmental regulations, including the EU Green Deal and applicable local laws.
- Resource Efficiency: Optimize energy and water usage, reduce waste, and recycle where possible. We aim to achieve energy efficiency through the use of renewable energy sources.
- Carbon Footprint: Work towards reducing our carbon emissions and offsetting unavoidable emissions. Participate in carbon neutrality initiatives and report our progress transparently.
- Sustainable Procurement: Source raw materials and services from suppliers who practice sustainability and ethical operations.
In particular we prioritize the highest attention to all potential energy and cost savings to respect the environment and reduce overheads. For this reason, we have implemented an advanced cloud-based system that enables those involved to perform their tasks online, at any time, and from anywhere. - Efficient Commuting: Most of our Partners operate from their home office and are always connected via the internet. We make intensive use of voice and video-conferencing and all state-of-the-art collaborative working tools.
- Smart Candidate Screening: We do a thorough upfront telephone and CV screening of candidates to avoid unnecessary travel.
- Eco-Friendly Paper Practices: We contribute to energy and cost savings by reducing paper consumption. Our commitment to sustainability includes a recycling policy for paper and obsolete equipment.
- Economical Travel Strategies: In our efforts to save on energy and costs during travel, we prioritize trains and public transportation over planes whenever possible. For longer distances, we opt for low-cost airlines if available.

- Goals and Targets: Establish specific, measurable goals for each area of our CSR focus and track progress annually, we are members and subsctibers to UN Global Compact, that we use as a reference and benchmark to continously improve, and we measure on a volontary basis our scoring using the Ecovadis rating systems.
- Employee Training: Provide regular training for employees on our CSR initiatives and ethical business practices.
- Reporting: Publish an annual CSR report in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards to ensure transparency.
5. Review and Amendments
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant and aligned with our corporate objectives and evolving regulatory requirements. Any amendments will be approved by senior management.
