THE POSITION
The company is in search of an accomplished and forward-thinking professional to join our team as the SAP Director, specializing in either Finance or Supply Chain. As a strategic leader, you will oversee the SAP practice within your area of expertise, driving project delivery, client engagement, and practice growth to achieve exceptional results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Leadership and Direction:
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the SAP practice in either Finance or Supply Chain, aligning it with the company's strategic objectives and industry trends.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the SAP portfolio within your specialization, driving business growth and enhancing market competitiveness.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients within the Finance or Supply Chain domain, understanding their unique challenges and objectives, and providing strategic guidance on SAP solutions.
- Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Project Oversight and Delivery Excellence:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of SAP Finance projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Provide leadership and support to project teams, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring the achievement of project goals and objectives.
- Practice Development and Talent Management:
- Lead the development and growth of the SAP practice within Finance or Supply Chain, including talent acquisition, training, and career development initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the SAP team, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Solution Innovation and Thought Leadership:
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices within Finance or Supply Chain, driving innovation and thought leadership within the organization.
- Champion the adoption of new SAP technologies and methodologies within your specialization to deliver value-driven solutions to clients.
REPORTING
The position reports to the Director of the Centre of Excellence SAP.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP consulting within either Finance or Supply Chain, with a proven track record of leadership in SAP project delivery and practice management.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP solutions, modules, and technologies relevant to either Finance or Supply Chain, with expertise in at least one SAP module within the chosen specialization.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into innovative SAP solutions within your area of expertise.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Demonstrated experience in driving business growth, client engagement, and practice development initiatives within Finance or Supply Chain.
- Relevant SAP certifications and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to work on international projects.
- French speaker with a good knowledge of English.
