The Position
As an AI Strategist within the company, you will be part of an elite team representing the group's cutting-edge AI expertise. Your mission will be to develop company’s strategic vision for AI and create innovative approaches to improve the group’s performance with its clients.
 
Key Responsabilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive AI strategies aligned with business vision and goals.
  • Lead cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI trends and maintain a deep understanding of advancements in the field.
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of AI technologies and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Coach and mentor the sales organization, to ensure sharing of best practices and clients/industries references to leveraging existing success stories across the regions.
  • Provide expert advice on AI-related ethical and compliance issues.
  • Contribute to thought leadership (writing white papers, presenting at events).
  • Support pre-sales activities in EMEA, primarily at CIO/CTO/CEO level.
 
The position can be based in France or in one of the following countries: Portugal, Germany, Belgium, Norway, or Spain. Other EMEA locations may be considered. For candidates passionate about AI that want to shape the future of technology within a leading international team.
 
The Reporting
The position reports directly to The Head of the AI Agency.
 
The Qualifications
To qualify for the role you must demonstrate skills and experiences in the following:
  • 10 to 15+ years of professional experience.
  • Over 8 years in management consulting on AI and Data.
  • Excellent ability to interact with CIOs, CDOs, and CEOs.
  • Experience in implementing digital or AI transformations within large organizations.
  • Expertise in AI and generative AI transformation journeys, AI governance, AI compliance, AI scaling models (COE/factory).
  • Deep understanding of the technical aspects of AI.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of successful technology integration projects.
