As an AI Strategist within the company, you will be part of an elite team representing the group's cutting-edge AI expertise. Your mission will be to develop company’s strategic vision for AI and create innovative approaches to improve the group’s performance with its clients.
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI strategies aligned with business vision and goals.
- Lead cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
- Stay at the forefront of AI trends and maintain a deep understanding of advancements in the field.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of AI technologies and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Coach and mentor the sales organization, to ensure sharing of best practices and clients/industries references to leveraging existing success stories across the regions.
- Provide expert advice on AI-related ethical and compliance issues.
- Contribute to thought leadership (writing white papers, presenting at events).
- Support pre-sales activities in EMEA, primarily at CIO/CTO/CEO level.
The position reports directly to The Head of the AI Agency.
To qualify for the role you must demonstrate skills and experiences in the following:
- 10 to 15+ years of professional experience.
- Over 8 years in management consulting on AI and Data.
- Excellent ability to interact with CIOs, CDOs, and CEOs.
- Experience in implementing digital or AI transformations within large organizations.
- Expertise in AI and generative AI transformation journeys, AI governance, AI compliance, AI scaling models (COE/factory).
- Deep understanding of the technical aspects of AI.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of successful technology integration projects.
- Seniority and Standing at ease in dealing with counterparts.
- Hands on person.
- Leadership proven skills.
- At ease in working under pressure and track record in delivering results in line with the given objectives.
- Self-motivated, he/she is used to go the extra-mile with a strong determination and willingness to succeed.
- Pragmatic thinker with the capacity to analyze and synthesize. Focusing on the day-to-day operations, managing the business from a global and local perspective.
