HTP GROUP WELCOMES FREDERIQUE GENTON, FOUNDER OF ARTELATUM, TO ITS PARTNERS TEAM
Brussels, February 23, 2024 – Frédérique Genton, Founder of arteLatum, an executive search, leadership consulting, interim management and board advisory company active on the German-DACH-France market is joining the HTP group as a Partner.
With more than 25 years’ international experience in Europe, Frédérique Genton's career began in Paris in a government department and continued in a business law firm in Vienna, Austria, then in Munich and Saarland, Germany, where she was head of a binational university.
Entrepreneurial by nature, in 2007, Frédérique founded arteLatum Executive Consulting, active in executive search, leadership consulting, interim management and board services. From the outset, her clients were leading companies based in Germany, France and Luxembourg, quickly followed by Austria, Switzerland, the United States, North Africa and Asia.
In 2017 Frédérique joined a Parisian firm and contributed to its internationalisation strengthened its advisory offering, opened an office in Frankfurt, and launched international management reviews.
A Franco-German citizen and a convinced European, she is committed to promoting economic relations between the two driving forces of Europe, France and Germany.
As France’s Foreign Trade Advisor for Germany, she contributes to think tanks and proposals on the Franco-German axis.
