Brussels, September 17, 2010 – Hightech Partners - ITP, a leading European search and management consulting company in the Technology industry in Europe, has concluded an internal restructure in order to capitalize on future growth opportunities. 

Five Existing Partners of Hightech Partners - ITP have taken over the shares and assets of the existing shareholder and created a new corporate and financial structure in order to secure and support the future international growth of the firm. In this context Hightech Partners - ITP has appointed Raffaelle Jacovelli and Bert Vermeiren as Managing Directors.

Raffaele Jacovelli, has held senior Marketing, Sales and General Management positions with multinational High Technology companies: the Italian National Research Center, Modcomp, Informix Software, AC Nielsen, Olivetti and Merrill Lynch South Europe Headquarters. He joined Hightech Partners in 2006

After a career in professional organizations (VKW, Agoria) Bert Vermeiren, was active in leading HR positions in Technology companies such as Philips, IBM Belux, L&H Speech Products and Real Software (now RealDolmen). He joined Hightech Partners in 2005.
