Position overview


The Technical Project Manager reports to the COO with dotted line to the Head of Field Engineering / Business development.


Dynniq’s 1800 employees design, develop, engineer, integrate and maintain technology solutions that enhance the flow of everyday life

The Technical Project Manager is able to understand both business and technical issues.
He/She will be typically handling 3-4 major projects (€ 0.8-6 M) alongside a number of smaller projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide motivation and direction to ensure that project goals, objectives, milestones and deliverables are achieved.
  • Gather requirements of the projects from the project stakeholders.
  • Gather estimates from resources and create project initiation documentation (project charger, scope document, requirements document, and work breakdown structure).
  • Identify, track, manage, and resolve project issues.
  • Be able from a technical helicopter view level to define the interfaces between the different subsystems to be able to have a coherent working system.
  • Ensure that solutions are of acceptable quality before proceeding to the customer.
  • Follow change management process to capture change requests, communicate impact, request stakeholder decisions and executive changes if applicable.
  • Work with other project managers and line managers to plan effective resource utilization.
  • Coordinate, track, and manage the activities of project resources to ensure that project tasks are completed on time, within scope and at the requested quality.

Interaction with other functions

The Technical Project Manager will work closely with various internal teams and various stakeholders (customer, subcontractors, hardware and software providers).



  • Experience in managing projects utilizing project management techniques and tools (5-8 years)
  • Experience managing projects across different technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating project deliverables (such as project charter, project schedules, financials, and status reports), issue and risk management and bringing projects to successful completion within cost and time constraints.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous areas where technical learning and adaptability are key skills.
  • Documenting the meeting minutes of customers (MS-Office Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in NL, FR and EN).
  • Have excellent communication skills to defend Dynniq’s interests in large multi-party projects.
