In Belgium and Luxembourg there are 2 subsidiaries with 10 people each, that are mainly
focused on implementation and support of the existing clients. In Switze rland the team is
smaller and counts only 4 people.

Position overview

A Full -Time business -to -business Sales Manager covering Belgium & Luxembourg and
Switzerland. He/She is required to work in a busy, dynamic, expanding business and looking
for growth. Sopra HR delivers on premises and outsourced best in class HR & Payroll solutions
to mid and large companies in both private and public sectors.


The position report to the Managing Director EMEA.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Follow up prospection effort and perform outgoing sales calls to generate leads
  • Visiting both existing accounts and new accounts to increase sales
  • Develop the sales and pipeline of projects in the territory
  • Personal involvement in key projects and key accounts with the Delivery Project Managers
  • Drive the sales process end -to -end especially closing and contracting
  • Maintain the sales margin at the levels required
  • Win market share
  • Gather and report on all market intelligence, competition, project prices etc to the product/Marketing Department.
  • Ensure we offer the best qual ity of service

Interaction with other functions
Management, marketing, product management, pre -sales, delivery


  • Knowledge of the HR& Payroll space
  • Capable of working both as an individual or in a team
  • A strong desire / track record of meeting targets and objectives
  • Flexible, Enthusiastic, Enterprising and Pro -active.
  • Honest, reliable, trustworthy
  • Ability to be professional, cheerful, co -operative at all times
  • Ability to be self -motivated and customer focused

  • A proven track record in B2B sales of IT Services and SW is mandatory
  • Experience in HR/Payroll sales field is nice to have
  • Knowledge of the public sector ( Central & Local government) is a strong preference
