The Management Consulting Business in the Middle East

They operate in the Middle East with a BU that counts over 500 people.

This unit supports its clients, large enterprises, SME,s and institutions, in developing their IT and Digital Strategy, as well as their transformation programs of their core business and of the IT.

Position overview

You will have the responsibility to carry out and develop the go-to-market strategy for the whole Management Consulting division, combining Technology and Consulting.

Aimed at facilitating the Business Development targeting CIOs (or CEOs for mid-market), you will have to develop a distinctive and compelling value proposition.

You will enable our client to win new accounts mastering the techniques to identify and develop potential new accounts across the group.

Accountable for the achievement of their incremental turnover of € 10M across the board on a yearly basis.

Paving the way to win new missions at C-Level.

Carrying out a Thought leadership activity to contribute to the influence of the firm, as well as ensuring the development of consultants' skills and contributing to the recruitment of new talents.



The position reports directly to the Head of the Management Consulting Division.



  • A demonstrated responsibility for a similar scope in a Tier 1 firm.
  • An ability to combine technological expertise with its consulting value
  • Have deep knowledge of the emerging technology trends enabling the digital transformation, in terms of best practices and players and key contributors to the whole Ecosystem.
  • A personal network of decision-makers within major accounts (CIO, IS Strategy Manager, Cloud Manager) which allows new assignments to be undertaken in 3/6 months
  • Strong experience in organizational transformation, employee experience and change management
  • An ability to attract a “cluster” of consultants specializing in people & change themes.
  • Offers experience in managing a P&L with a focus on growth and animation of teams, rolling out new businesses and leading organisations of a comparable size
  • A well-rounded executive with the ability to deliver strategic but a hands-on business vision.
  • Well-organized used to work and influence in a “soft” matrix environment and to deal with ambiguity
  • Proven experience in dealing “tough but fair” with works councils
  • Fluent in English, strong intercultural intelligence.
