RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Solution Design and Implementation Leadership:
• Collaborate closely with clients in a pre-sales phase and with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, configure, and implement SAP Finance solutions that address client requirements and challenges
• Stay abreast of evolving industry trends and best practices in SAP Finance to deliver innovative and effective solutions

• Project Oversight and Delivery Excellence:
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of SAP Finance projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks
• Offer expert guidance to Project Managers and delivery teams in resolving intricate issues and ensuring the successful implementation of SAP Finance solutions

• Client Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary expert SAP Finance liaison with clients, comprehensively understanding their business needs and providing expert guidance on SAP Finance solutions

• Team Empowerment and Development:
• Identify skill gaps, provide mentorship, and facilitate the professional growth of team members within the SAP Finance consulting unit

REPORTING

The position reports to the Director of the Centre of Excellence SAP

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience (10-15 years) in SAP Finance consulting, with a substantial background in complex project management
• Expertise in SAP Finance modules (e.g., FI, CO, S/4HANA Finance), including configuration and integration with other SAP modules; knowledge of the SD/MM modules is a plus
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading large-scale SAP Finance implementations and delivering value-driven solutions to clients; solid program management skills
• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams
